Short version: we collect what you give us, we use it to answer you and send you the Tuesday note, we never sell it.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you give us through forms on the site:
- Email address when you subscribe to the Tuesday note.
- Name, email, and message when you fill out the Contact form.
- Name, organization, email, event details, and message when you submit a speaking inquiry.
We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party advertising pixels.
Our site is served through Cloudflare and may use standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) for security and basic analytics. Those logs are retained for a short period and not linked to individual users.
What we do with it
Email goes into our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) so we can:
- Send you the Tuesday note, if you subscribed.
- Respond to your speaking inquiry or general message.
- Tell you about new Adventures when we add them.
- Keep track of who has interacted with us, so we do not send you redundant or off-topic messages.
We do not sell your email or share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only entities that see your information are our team and the service providers we use to operate the business (CRM, email delivery, payment processing for Adventures).
Your rights.
You can do any of the following at any time:
- Unsubscribe from the Tuesday note with the link at the bottom of every email.
- Ask us to delete your information from our systems. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the subject "Delete my data" and we will remove you within 30 days.
- Ask us what we have on you. Same email, subject "What do you have on me," and we will send you a copy within 30 days.
- Correct anything wrong. Reply to any email from us with the correction.
If you are a resident of California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with specific data protection laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.), you have additional rights under those laws and we will honor them on request.
Adventures bookings
When you book a trip through Last Life Ever, the booking itself is processed through WeTravel, which has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We see your booking details (name, dates, paid amount) but payment information (cards, banking) is handled by WeTravel and is never seen or stored by us.
Children
Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy meaningfully, we will update the effective date above and, if you are on our list, send you a note about it.
